About the role

We have steady work available and our installers make $800-$2,000 a week (commission only). Solar installer will work in a team environment and help ensure that all solar installation objectives are completed in a timely manner while maintaining an industry leading focus on customer satisfaction.

Must pass a background check.

What you'll do

• Work on rooftops installing solar panels
• Meet expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements
• Corroborate with and ensure that the crew are properly equipped to complete projects
• Maintain safety policies and procedures
• Ensure the highest quality and accuracy standards are met
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Solar Installation experience preferred
• Roofing experience preferred
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills are a must
• Self-motivated
• Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
• Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

The pay range for this role is:

800 - 2,000 USD per week (Remote)
