Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing operations across multiple salons to align with company goals.
2. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, systems, and procedures.
3. Driving sales growth and managing costs.
4. Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff.
5. Collaborating with team members and supporting effective communication.
6. Conducting regular meetings and providing feedback.
7. Building strong teams and managing staffing issues.
8. Promoting company culture and ensuring standards are maintained.
9. Planning for succession and staff development.
10. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
11. Supporting training programs and management development.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in retail/customer service environments.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, PC, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to drive between locations and lift up to 50#.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Management experience (3-5 years) and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
