Job Summary

Researches, designs and develops new or enhanced hardware products.

Job Requirements

• Integrates components and materials, assuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
• Builds, tests and modifies product prototypes using working models or theoretical models. Evaluates new product designs for technical feasibility and compliance with technical standards.
• Provides technical support to marketing, sales, suppliers and team members throughout the product development and implementation process.
• Tests products, analyzes test data and makes modifications to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
  
  

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is 117,300 - 174,900 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
