Ticket Sales (Primary Focus):Actively sell group and individual game tickets via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly ticket sales goals. Develop new leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Assist with game day and promotional events to generate leads and close sales. Broadcasting (Secondary Based on Sales Performance):Assist the play-by-play announcer with pre-game, in-game, and post-game tasks. Contribute to on-air content, including interviews, analysis, and live segments (opportunities increase with ticket sales success). Help with setup and operation of broadcast equipment on game days.
