Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating employee training, tracking licensure and certification requirements, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with hospital HR standards. The HR Generalist works closely with the Director of Human Resources to support various HR functions and employee lifecycle activities.
