POSITION SUMMARY
Lead cross-functional teams, sometimes across multiple sites, through the development process for internal and customer projects, to include collaboration, planning, and driving these projects through the full project cycle, utilizing waterfall and/or agile techniques, while in compliance with internal and external customer requirements. Ensure that resulting solution(s) for external customers is consistent with Integra's operational production flows and meets the Integra committed customer schedules. Lead initiatives to improve overall development capabilities, effectiveness, and efficiencies in supporting business goals and objectives. Assist in defining and evolving Integra best program management practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Lead and manage internal initiatives/projects to improve Integra's capabilities and drive efficiency and other improvements for the Service and Sales teams.
- Primary focus will be on technical qualification project management supporting everything from the project set-up, through test readiness review, support QA with failure analysis investigations and deliver test plans to the customer.
- The role is internal and external customer interfacing and will support customer calls and present the schedule, open actions, schedule mitigation, new action tracking, and follow-up.
- Provide customer service and sales backup in meetings when needed.
- Collaborate with groups and individuals to develop process improvements and develop supporting documentation and provide training to those impacted by the changes.
- Project plan, organize, schedule, budget, track, and coordinate cross-functional resources for development programs. Identify program key dependencies and risks with appropriate risk mitigation planning.
- Prioritize the activities of cross-functional project/program teams.
- Monitor schedules, cost and resources to achieve program deliverables that meet Integra's quality and business requirements.
- Identify, escalate, and ensure resolution of issues impacting successful execution of programs to plan.
- For projects that are late to the customer commit due to an Integra error, perform and deliver a post mortem analysis.
- Ensure effective communication within and across Integra's various functional groups and with customers, vendors, contractors, or others through appropriate status meetings and project reporting.
- Continually keep leadership informed of program status and key issues.
- Support, manage, and influence continuous improvement of program management processes, practices, initiatives, and cost reduction while staying aligned with Integra's overall operations and business.
- Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years project management experience required and 2 years of semiconductor industry experience preferred. Experience in aerospace and defense, microelectronics or in OSAT business a plus.
Knowledge/Skills: - Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: component test and qualification, PCBA basics, SW for wafer sort or device test and qualification, IC packaging, Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA), and Failure Analysis (FA) preferred.
- Understanding of project management concepts including planning for both waterfall and agile projects, project execution, risk analysis/mitigation, and quality control.
- Excellent communications skills by email, phone, virtual meeting, in-person, and PowerPoint slide presentations with individuals or groups with both internal and external contacts at all levels of organizations.
- Strong team player and creative thinker who is able to lead teams, cross functional groups, and vendors to achieve plans.
- Ability to develop excellent cross-functional teamwork through encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships, and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with Integra's customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen in order to work on sensitive military and aerospace programs.
Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
