In this position, you will oversee and mentor a team of Technology Product Managers, offering guidance, support, and strategic direction to maintain alignment with our product objectives and corporate priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of our technology products.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to refine product strategy.
  • Drive improvements in user experience and interface design for better customer satisfaction.
  • Align product initiatives closely with strategic business goals for effective outcomes.
  • Manage comprehensive go-to-market plans, including campaign design, execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate beta testing programs and analyze findings to inform product evolution.
  • Implement effective customer feedback mechanisms to continually enhance offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
  • Maintain thorough product documentation and roadmaps for clarity and direction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through engagement and VOC activities.
  • Oversee the daily activities of Technology Product Managers to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic aims.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the tax & accounting software sector or a public accounting firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in customer engagement, turning insights into actionable product strategy.
  • Successful track record in go-to-market planning and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in presenting to executives and large audiences.
