Candidates for the President/CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. While experience in the credit union industry is strongly preferred, expertise in liquidity management, investments, payments, and regulatory compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, working closely with Boards of Directors, and being an influential voice in the financial services sector. A bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education or leadership training being a plus. The role calls for a leader who can balance a big-picture vision with operational expertise, and who is ready to guide the company into its next chapter of service, innovation, and impact.
