Your Opportunity

As Testing Manager, your focus will be planning and executing various test cycles for large SAP implementations. You will work with the project team and third parties to confirm the business requirements that must be tested and the approach to meet testing requirements. You will be responsible for working directly with the functional work streams to build test scenarios and cases that cover all business requirements and satisfy the defined test strategy. Testing cycles can include functional unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
• Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
• Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
• Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects.
• Proven ability to drive test design, preparation, and execution across extensive business and system requirements within tight timelines.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
• Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in technical skills application functional design.
• Exhibit proficiency in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
• A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.

What We Offer You

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
