You will represent BioMarin within the hemophilia community as a trusted partner for individuals and families affected by hemophilia, helping patients navigate and overcome barriers to treatment. The Community Education and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the US Hemophilia market expansion by creating and executing educational initiatives and marketing strategies for patients and caregivers, patient advocates and HCPs. This field-based role is responsible for lead generation and interacting directly with key stakeholders across the US to gain insights to inform strategic decisions. The role reports to the ROCTAVIAN BU Marketing Lead and works closely with Key Account Managers and US Brand Team. Strong results orientation and a sense of urgency to get things done is critical. This professional will design and implement creative solutions that embraces digital and in-person approaches to education and marketing and is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and growing commercial organization and committed to ethical behavior in every aspect of their duties and in compliance with company policies and within the industry's legal and regulatory framework.
