Description:
We are now hiring an assistant cook for our commercial kitchen and warehouse. This is a high volume production environment and you must have a high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Receive and put away orders from vendors.
• Assist with the production and cooking of our food products.
• Clean and sanitize warehouse, kitchen and bathrooms.
• Wash dishes, break down, and clean commercial equipment.
• You may be asked to perform other duties, as the kitchen supervisor deems necessary.

Requirements:
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift over 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Understand and practice safe food handling, food storage and sanitation.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Competent in following recipes, procedures and guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
