Assembly Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools- debur, rotary saw, hose crimpers ect
• Basic Math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills

Assembly Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspection of product
• Experience with electronic assembly, a plus

1. Utilizes Parflange, Deburring tool, Rotary saw, Hose Crimpers, Tape Measures, and various other hand tools to create tubing, hoses sub-assemblies per customer specification. 2. Utilizes build instructions and testing reports to document product conformity. 3. Maintain the production schedule in conjunction with the production coordinator. 4. Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead and or supervisor. 5. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. 6. Performs prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required. 7. Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. 8. Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies. 9. Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco's quality procedures / processes.
