Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Pay & Perks

• $25$26/hr DOE
• Quarterly bonuses up to $1,000

Schedule

• MondayFriday, 8AM5PM
• On-call rotation: 1 week every 2 weeks

What You'll Do:

• Work orders & unit turns
• Snow removal & grounds upkeep
• Electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years maintenance experience (2+ in multifamily preferred)
• Skilled in all trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc.
• Leadership experience (supervised at least 1 tech)
• Budget knowledge is a plus
• EPA & HVAC Certification required
• CPO preferred (or willing to obtain)
