What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damagesometimes after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
• Perform restoration tasks including water extraction, demolition, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and specialty equipment setup.
• Work in challenging environments like crawl spaces, attics, and damaged buildings.
• Lift and carry heavy equipment (50100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for every job.
• Communicate clearly with crew chiefs and customers to explain the restoration process and address concerns.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration.
• Are comfortable with physical labor and working in tough conditions.
• Are willing to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community.
• Are motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally.
• Have a valid driver's license and can pass a background check.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Regular lifting of 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Standing, walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces
• Exposure to cleaning agents and damaged property environments
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass a background check as required by our insurance partners
