Lead SAP RTR Consultant – Infosys

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in engaging with business and functional teams in providing best‑fit technical solutions while conforming to client and Infosys development standards. You will support knowledge transfer and provide value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty will be considered by lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position may require travel to project or client locations.
• This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (U.S. persons).

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience with leading and executing R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Data carveout / migration experience.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.
• Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making processes.
• Supervise and mentor team members within the R2R department.
• Proficient SAP ECC Finance knowledge and thorough understanding of SAP Finance customizations, master data, pricing, RTR processes, and related modules.
• Basic ABAP debugging skills.
• Experience with B2B and B2C business processes.
• Integration with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC – Purchasing & Sales and logistics.
• Scheduling of jobs and failure job analysis.
• Experience in leading business blueprint workshops and providing solutions.
• Experience in rollout projects and preparing functional specifications.
• Knowledge of testing in SAP lifecycle and handling multiple systems in SAP landscape.
• Ability to manage a team of 6–8 consultants.
• Knowledge of DMEE, banking interfaces, and cloud migration projects.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time. Communication will be performed by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
