Pay: $25$26/hr (DOE) Bonuses: Up to $1,000 quarterly On-Call Bonus: $100/week Top-Tier Benefits Package Included

What You'll Do: We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the charge in keeping our community running smoothly and our residents happy! This is a hands-on working role you'll be diving into work orders, turns, grounds, snow removal, and more.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 8 AM5 PM On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (1+ year in multi-family preferred)
• Supervisor experience managing 1+ employees
• EPA certification REQUIRED
• HVAC Certification REQUIRED
• CPO certification PREFERRED
