As a Customer Service Lot Helper, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with loading their vehicles.
• Monitoring and maintaining the entrance area of the store.
• Ensuring a sufficient supply of shopping carts is available near the entrance.
• Engaging with fellow Home Depot associates and customers to promote a friendly atmosphere.

This position requires strong customer service skills, as you will be one of the first and last associates customers encounter. Your interactions can significantly influence their shopping experience.
