What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities within the aerospace and defense environment.
- Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings as required.
- Assist with implementing site-specific security-related protocols and procedures relevant to the aerospace and defense location.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
- Support emergency response activities as directed by site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
