We are looking for friendly and super positive employees to bring joy to guests with cake! Previous bakery experience is a plus but not required. Part-time Frosters will be scheduled 20-25 hours per week Monday-Sunday. We require all employees to work every other Saturday and Sunday. Pay range is based on experience. Bakery hours are Monday-Wednesday: 10am-7pm, Thursday-Saturday: 9am-7pm, Sunday: 11am-4pm. Must have good communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while paying special attention to detail. The Froster position is a fast-paced environment! Job duties include: frosting all cakes according to NbC standards, maintaining par levels of cakes for walk-in guests, keeping up with pre-ordered and waiting cakes, making frosting if needed, cleaning and sanitizing workstation and equipment.
