Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate HR teams effectively

  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HR data entry and maintaining accurate records

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage HR expertise to provide guidance and support to HR Business partners in handling complex HR issues, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring they are consistent with legal requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and organizational change management
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for process improvements and HR strategy adjustments
  • Actively participate in change management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and buy-in within the location
  • Support HR BPs in day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Implements new hire orientation
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Identify potential gaps in team structure and capabilities at the site level
  • Performs other duties as assigned
