Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Responsibilities:
Leverage HR expertise to provide guidance and support to HR Business partners in handling complex HR issues, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring they are consistent with legal requirements and industry standards
Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on HR-related topics, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance
Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, and organizational change management
Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations for process improvements and HR strategy adjustments
Actively participate in change management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and buy-in within the location
Support HR BPs in day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
Implements new hire orientation
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Identify potential gaps in team structure and capabilities at the site level
Performs other duties as assigned
