Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will work on the 2nd shift from 2 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Your role will involve assembling, modifying, and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and structural assemblies according to customer requirements. This position requires a keen eye for identifying nonconforming parts and conditions. Responsibilities. Work with blueprints, specifications, and work orders to meet quality requirements. Complete required data gathering to facilitate assembly progress. Set up and operate shop equipment, including squeezes, drill motors, and countersink cutters. Troubleshoot problems and seek process improvements. Perform rework or changes during the assembly process. Assemble major components of sub-assemblies and major assemblies. Move and obtain correct parts, materials, tools, and assemblies. Essential Skills.
