We have an opening for a Rental Agent as part of our Wichita team. This position would be responsible for finalizing reservations, performing sales, and providing our clients with exceptional customer service. Budget maintains a collaborative culture with a high emphasis on rewarding individual contribution. Our Rental Agents can earn from $15-$18/ HR, or more, after commission. Full Time and Part Time. Greet customers using standard dialogue. Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc. Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions. Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage. Report damages to on-duty supervisor. Scan returning vehicles back into system. Provide computerized receipt to customer.
