Food & Beverage Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food & Beverage (F&B) Administrator to support the operations of our Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative, financial, and coordination tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services across restaurants, bars, catering, and events. This role acts as the backbone of the F&B division, enabling managers and service teams to focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Manager and departmental leadership.
• Prepare, process, and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.
• Track departmental budgets, prepare financial reports, and monitor cost controls.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain and update departmental files, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Support event planning by handling logistics, menus, and guest requirements.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to F&B services.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
