TikTok Shop Specialist

We're helping our client find a TikTok Shop Specialist to manage backend TikTok Shop operations across multiple brands. This role is execution-focused, nonclient-facing, and requires exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and operational discipline. You will be responsible for the daily management of TikTok Shop Seller Centers for up to five brands, ensuring smooth backend performance and strict compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate TikTok Shop Seller Center backend across multiple brand accounts (up to 5).
• Handle product listing setup and optimization, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and variants.
• Manage order processing, returns, fulfillment workflows, and cancellations.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
• Set up and manage promotions, discounts, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop rules and resolve backend issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, fulfillment issues, policy flags, and account-level concerns.
• Maintain accurate brand-wise trackers, reports, and SOP documentation.
• Collaborate internally with account managers, media buyers, and creative teams.
• Stay current with platform updates, new features, and policy changes.
