Join our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will work on the 2nd shift from 2 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays and potentially on Saturdays. You will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and installing aircraft components, sub-assemblies, and structural assemblies according to customer specifications. Your role will include identifying nonconforming parts and ensuring quality throughout the assembly process. Responsibilities. Work with blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assemble components meeting quality requirements. Gather and complete required data to facilitate assembly progress. Set up and operate various shop equipment, such as squeezes, precision measuring tools, drill motors, and countersink cutters. Troubleshoot problems during assembly and continuously seek process improvements. Perform required rework or changes during the assembly process.
