Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Very busy MRI department with 2 new GE Artist machines, great staff with good team work. Number of MRI units - 3 Number of Staff – 12 Type of staff: Day Shift – 5 techs on 1st Night Shift – 2.5 techs on 2nd, 1 tech on 3rd Patient volumes – For the month of April MRI averaged 32 exams per day - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment - GE EMR - Meditech Typical Procedures: MRI's & MRA's. all body parts except breast Must Haves: - A recent 6 months of MRI Tech RN experience in an acute hospital setting - ARRT (MR) License - BLS Certification Preferred or Nice to Have: - MediTech Experience - Travel Experiencea25371ca-cde7-4fb6-ba87-2cf40b156c8b
