Maintaining and Continuously Improving the Quality Management System. Serve as the company Quality Management Representative. Act as Liaison for interface with customers, suppliers, and other agencies. Lead the MRB Team in review of all non-conformances. Lead the RCCA Team in root cause and corrective actions. Work with leadership team and peers to develop future state projects, goals, and timelines to meet those goals. Prioritize projects and goals by importance and scope. Work with process owners and other stakeholders to develop plans to meet improvement goals. Where appropriate, lead execution efforts on identified initiatives. Methods may include Kaizen events or other formal or informal improvement efforts. Where others are responsible for leading improvement efforts, work closely with each stakeholder to assure goals are met in the time frame required.
