We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, wire terminations, and any other component built into a wire harness. Responsibilities. Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness. Wrap and tie wires securely. Route wires according to specified instructions. Change routing and breakouts as required. Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality. Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently. Essential Skills. Experience in wire harness assembly. Familiarity with aircraft components. At least 1 year of aircraft electrical experience. Proficiency in repair and troubleshooting.
