Pay Rate: $18-23

Job Description:
We are actively seeking skilled CNC Technicians to join our team in Wichita, KS. If you have experience operating 3, 4, and 5-axis Haas CNC Machines and have a background in aerospace or aircraft machining, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and efficiently operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Load workpieces, verify settings, and inspect initial parts for quality.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain strict quality standards.
• Achieve production goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (experience in aerospace is preferred).
• Proven experience with multi-axis CNC machines is a must.
• Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
