Job Details

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Coordinate the delivery of adult education classes, including coordination of class schedules, enrollment and registration, pre- and post-testing, volunteer training and supervision, and instructional quality. - Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework to evaluate program success and create replicable models for working with adults; - Ensure compliance with all program standards and grant requirements in accordance with various programming requirements. - Develop lesson plans and maintain curriculum. - Follow established policies and procedures in gathering and recording classroom attendance, clients completion, and other data required by a grant funder. - Administer English language assessments to measure and track student progress and gains. - Maintain open, professional, and effective communication with peers, students, and partners. - Provide instruction of classes in-person and on...Education, Coordinator, Program, Instruction
