Position Overview

We are looking for exceptional appointment coordinators to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20-30 hours per week). In this role, you will harness high-quality leads to make over 100 dials daily or 15-20 calls per hour, converting cold calls into viable opportunities. You will connect with key decision-makers, schedule appointments with qualified prospects, and play a significant role in our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily or 15-20 calls per hour using pre-established lead lists.
  • Schedule appointments with key decision-makers from various industries.
  • Effectively communicate using your knowledge of business software and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all activities and appointment outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and surpass appointment-setting goals to earn commissions and performance bonuses.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Solid background in outbound B2B appointment setting or cold calling.
  • Tools Expertise: Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation platforms, and business communication tools, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoom.
  • Skills: Excellent phone communication abilities with a talent for swiftly building rapport and credibility.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, goal-focused, and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Availability: Ready to commit to roughly 20 hours of work per week.
