This is supervisory, technical work in the operation of water production facilities of a new water treatment plant that is being constructed at 2120 N. Hoover in Wichita. The employee is responsible for planning, directing, and reviewing the work of skilled and technical staff in the water treatment plant for a particular shift to ensure the production and delivery of safe drinking water. Work is directed and reviewed through establishment of goals and subsequent evaluation of progress toward goal attainment. Experience in the water treatment industry is a valued asset. Compensation will be based on individual experience and determined at hire based on skills and competencies. The role provides additional opportunities for swift pay progression linked to the development of skills and competencies. The starting salary range for this position is $ 71,800 - $ 97,367 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
