About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in Kansas, starting Dec 29, 2025. This opportunity features on-site orthopedic cases with day shifts from 6:30 to 2:30. The assignment requires proficiency in ultrasound blocks and offers an 8-hour daily guarantee.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic, ENT, joint, sports medicine, neurosurgery, facial plastics, general surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, and vascular surgery cases
- Perform ultrasound-guided blocks as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams during procedures
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Kansas medical license
- Board certification not required
- Strong experience with a range of surgical specialties and ultrasound blocks is essential
- Hard start date with no flexibility
