ROLE DESCRIPTION:As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Parker - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in our day-to-day business operations and the success of our customers. Your primary focus is to drive agency growth by fostering meaningful client relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and various agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you have a direct impact on enhancing the lives of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships, consistently following up with customers and prospects as necessary.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and personable customer service, including addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
• Foster successful and enduring customer relations.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
• Experience in managing client relationships is highly desirable.
• Interest in tailoring marketing efforts to meet customer needs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.
• Strong ability to establish rapport with customers effectively.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
