JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

1. Evaluate raw materials and components for compliance with specifications and industry standards before production.
2. Monitor production processes at various stages to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify defects early.
3. Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, including measurements, defect reports, and compliance checks.
4. Recognize and categorize defects, non-conformities, and deviations from specifications, providing detailed reports to management.
5. Develop and enforce quality inspection processes that align with industry standards
6. Investigate quality issues to determine root causes and support the implementation of corrective actions.

1. Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
2. Ability to work independently and with others.
3. High school diploma or GED

1. Must be able to read, hear, talk, drive lift trucks, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
