Job Description:
Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in enhancing their experience with our products and services. You will have the opportunity to engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, helping to resolve inquiries and address issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service-oriented role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
