The Interiors Division Installation Lead position assists in planning, organizing, and monitoring storage ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so products and supplies are located and distributed to proper customers in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. Effectively managing and installing all products according to plan as instructed in an efficient manner while maintaining a high level of quality and job satisfaction. The position assists in the receiving, storage and distribution of product and may supervise installers and warehouse staff on small installation jobs. This job will also consist of vehicle operations involving loading and unloading of trucks and providing customer service to internal and external customers. In addition, accurate assembling and installation of materials as specified by manufacturer instructions.

This position works in a variety of environments including the Interiors Division Warehouse location as well as customer sites. This position is often expected to travel to customer sites located throughout the state. This role routinely uses standard office and warehouse equipment to complete job duties.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hour of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days vary, but generally range, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are dependent on the customer need, but should be 40 hours with occasional overtime, especially during peak seasons.
Travel:
Daily travel throughout the region or state. No overnight travel is expected for this position.
Preferred Education and Experience:
One year of experience in installations, receiving, delivery and inventory control. Experience in construction or facilities maintenance is a benefit with good use of hand tools.
