Location: Wichita, KS
Pay: $25.22/hr
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled 3rd Shift Touch-Up Painter to join their growing team. This position is perfect for someone who values precision, teamwork, and reliability. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint to parts and assemblies to meet strict quality and finish standards.
• Maintain touch-up booth equipment and determine the best method for rework to ensure flawless results.
• Perform coating repairs using proper tools and techniques, following accepted touch-up procedures.
• Apply topcoat paints on parts previously painted while still in the wet coating stage without defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company housekeeping standards.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 1+ year operating painting equipment or working on a paint line.
• Proven ability in proper touch-up techniques.
• High School Diploma or GED.
