Castle Biosciences Inc. is hiring a Reimbursement Team Lead (Customer Service) to work from a USA home?based office, with a start date prior to February 9, 2026.
The Reimbursement Customer Service Team Lead mentors and supports team members while staying highly involved in daily operations. The role assigns daily tasks, sets priorities, and personally answers calls to ensure accurate and timely completion of work while meeting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing complex call scenarios, collaborating on solutions, and providing best?practice strategies to support future interactions. The Team Lead also assists team members in meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality expectations and actively audits incoming telephone and email inquiries from patients, clinicians, insurance plans, and area sales managers.
