Job Title: Maintenance

Essential Job Functions:

Provides a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities (e.g., construction, carpentry, painting, electrical, etc.).

Performs routine maintenance on buildings, furniture and equipment.

Performs minor troubleshooting, repairs and adjustments of furniture, doors, cabinets, etc.

Moves and assists in moving furniture and equipment.

Uses a variety of hand and power tools.

Adheres to company protocol for safety.

Manages time appropriately.

Interacts professionally with co-workers and vendors; understands internal customers; and strives to maintain good relations with others.

Responds quickly to inquiries and follows up as needed.

Maintains a neat and orderly work area.

May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by business demands.

Embraces change to ensure overall success of the company

Weekly Pay

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Hours: 7a-330pm

Wage: DOE
