Our law office is growing fast, and we're searching for a full-time Inbound Sales Representative to help us succeed! You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need and leading them through our sales and onboardingprocess. Responsibilities: • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Proactively field and respond to all incoming client calls and messages, including reasonable hours on nights and weekends • Conduct a consultation with the potential client and, if the right fit for our firm and culture, convince the potential client to hire our law firm • Complete an administrative process to onboard new clients into our software • Aggressively collect on past due payments from clients Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills • Previous legal experience highly valued • Experience with inbound phone sales is required • Experience with sales of large ticket items is preferred • Must be organized and capable of completing administrative and clerical duties timely and with precision Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 yearly
