Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting experience on Windows servers (2012, 2016 and 2019)

2. Good experience in Server patching activities using WSUS.

3. Good knowledge and experience on Firmware upgrade process for DELL, HP servers and hardware management agents.

4. Good knowledge on windows clusters.

5. Good experience on Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.

6. Hands on experience on VMware ESXi installation and configurations.

7. Hands-on experience on HA/DRS clusters, migrations, cloning/templates, snapshots and vSwitches..

8. Good troubleshooting skills in both windows and VMware.

9. Knowledge on Powershell scripting

10. Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues

11. Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process.

12. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities

13. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
