F&F Properties is hiring a live-on-site Onsite Representative at Duplet Apartment Homes in Hillcrest. This position is ideal for someone who rents their hoome wants discounted housing and a consistent, low-hour commitment (employed full-time, students, retirees, or those supplementing other work).

This is a very part-time role (about 2 hours/week max) focused on keeping common areas clean and orderly and serving as the eyes and ears of the property. You'll do a quick daily grounds walk, light pickup/sweeping around common areas and the dumpster/recycling area, and report issues the same day to off-site management with photos and clear location details. This is not a property management or maintenance repair role and does not require 24/7 availability.

• Focused on property observation, light cleanup, and reporting
• A support role that helps protect ownership's asset and keeps common areas clean and safe

• Not a property manager role
• Not a maintenance repair role
• Not an on-call or 24/7 availability position
• No independent decision-making on significant issues (those are reported to off-site management)

Requirements

• Must live on-site at Duplet Apartment Homes (required) (1/3 off market rent)
• Cell phone with camera
• Availability to work approximately 2 hours per week
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to identify issues and escalate appropriately
• Basic phone/computer skills for reporting and emailing work orders

Physical expectations (reasonable): Ability to walk the property (including stairs), bend, reach, and carry light items related to cleanup.
