We're seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% satisfaction for every Long John Silver's guest.
  • Quickly resolve customer concerns using BAM! to leave them happy and satisfied.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to exceed performance expectations.
  • Lead the team in gathering and acting on Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels to consistently meet guest service needs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among all crew members and management.
  • Commit to delivering positive engagement at every guest interaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, accuracy, and quality for all ingredients and menu items.
  • Enhance profitability by effectively managing product projections and minimizing waste.
  • Deliver a memorable experience through outstanding service and taste.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and team members.

Role Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience as a Shift Manager.
  • Complete the Assistant Manager Readiness Checklist.
  • Available to work at least 40 hours per week.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be available for nights and weekends.
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this role, employees are regularly required to:

  • Stand, walk, talk, and hear to communicate effectively.
  • Handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently.
  • Occasionally sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess specific vision abilities including peripheral vision and adjustment of focus.
  • Be exposed to cooking fumes occasionally, with a moderate noise level in the work environment.
  • Meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or regional support.
