Member Service Representative

A top healthcare provider in the Pacific Northwest is hiring member service representatives to support their team in the Renton and Spokane areas. These positions are fully remote but candidates must live locally to the main Renton and Spokane areas for equipment. Resolve complaints and inquiries and provide information to members, prospective members, providers, other insurance carriers, agents and brokers, attorneys, employer groups and other member or provider representatives in writing, in person and over the telephone. Issues may be health plan related (e.g. medical coverage, claims, referrals, eligibility) or delivery system issues (e.g., appointment access, medical center service complaints, physician selection, fee quotes, patient billing issues).

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of high volume call center experience and having worked from home before
• Call center experience ideally be within a regulated industry such as Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Credit, Etc.
• Call center experience in a health care or insurance environment preferred

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
