I'm assisting a well-funded Series A sales process automation startup with their search for Sr. Product Engineers. Their product automates a lot of the manual processes of sales professionals, allowing them to focus on selling. This role will be a hybrid role, working 2-3 days in the San Francisco office.

What you'll do:

• They expect every software engineer on the team to be able to work within a complex code-base, own entire product areas, and build new features end-to-end.
• You'll work on some of the interesting technical challenges on the roadmap such as:
  • Concurrency and distributed systems
  • Realtime audio AI and precision/recall/latency tradeoffs
  • Latency (infrastructure)
  • Smart call funnels and playbooks
  • Conversation embedding (ML models)
  • Integrations
  • Frontend performance

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a related technical role
• Ability to work with their tech stack:
  • Frontend: React, Typescript, MobX
  • Backend: Node.js, Express, Typescript
  • Technologies: Firebase, Firestore, Websockets, Twilio, WebRTC, Postgres, Redis
  • ML: GPT, Transformers, PyTorch, signal processing, few-shot classification.
• 3+ years' experience building complex systems
• You're a confident, independent, and experienced engineer who is used to extreme ownership and solving hard problems
