Established and growing legal firm in Oakland is seeking a Billing/Collections Specialist to join their team. This is onsite during training and then possible hybrid schedule ! $80,000- $83,000 to start/ DOE
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- 3+ years minimum of Legal Billing and some collections experience REQUIRED!
- Must have used a legal billing software, i.e. Elite, CMS, etc
- Should have experience with pre-bills, corrrecting/editing final billing, write offs, review contract terms
- Cash applications needed
- Strong software including intermediate Excel
- This is 100% onsite in Oakland, CA for training (3 months) and then possible hybrid 3 days in office/ 2 remote
- $80,000 - $83,000 DOE
