Pay Range:$43,000-$46,000 Per Year

Job Description:
This position involves working directly with families to address barriers to children's health, safety, and well-being.
Located in the vibrant areas of Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Bronx, NY, this full-time role offers an opportunity to support families through various social work services.
Responsibilities include assessments, developing intervention plans, and maintaining documentation using standard technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of 12 families, ensuring regular in-home visits and monthly child interactions.
Complete required documentation and provide services such as therapy, advocacy, and case management.
Collaborate with service providers for effective case coordination.
Participate in supervision, professional development, and family team conferences.
Attend staff meetings and complete required training hours.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree required.
Strong interest in learning family therapy theories and interventions.
Commitment to working with at-risk families using a strengths-based approach.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Bilingual in Spanish/English and must have a valid driver's license.
