Commercial Insurance Producer

An established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer with a strong hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, excel at networking, and possess a consultative approach to identifying and meeting client and broker needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory.
• Apply creative and strategic thinking to overcome obstacles and achieve sales goals.
• Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client and broker requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining the ability to work independently.
• Partner with multiple carriers to market and grow the agency's network.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience within the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
